I woke up today feeling in a way kind of different from every day.

I woke up feeling like had all the answers to my prayer all at the snap of my finger.

the felling of fulfilment after such a long time of constant though ts and emotional disorder.

” we may sometimes try to beat ourselves because things aren’t working out in our favour, but how often have we sat to think/ask why these things aren’t working out the way we need or desire it to work”.

I’ll love for us to look at it from these 2 points of view:

  • What if God doesn’t plan your success story that way
  • what if you are making the right decisions the wrong way.

Many times, we are all caught up trying to get things done or make things work for ourselves that we forget the fundamental step to take. ” PUT GOD FIRST “. Many of us have greats ideas that can bring about a generational change or betterment of a particular region, but we get engrossed in making that idea a reality but we forget that God himself is the giver of wisdom. He is the one who planted such an idea in you because he knows your are the right candidate to bring that idea into existence, ( Isaiah 49 1-7 )has the perfect representation for this step .

We should learn to put God first in whatever our plan is, involve him in the process and definitely you’ll see God will never let you sail your ship alone. He’ll be with you till all is done and it becomes a reality and he’ll never leave you as long as you never leave him.

First of all: If you have a plan, kindly follow these steps to ensure the realisation of the dream.

  • Write down your idea
  • Do a review/ overview of your idea
  • Carry out a study on the purpose impact of the dream/idea on your environment and yourself
  • Get your facts/findings and state them clear enough for you to understand them
  • Pray about it ( have a heart to heart discussion with God on the idea ).
  • Build a team ( a reliable and trust worthy team that believes in your dream )
  • Start small
  • Document your progress and mistakes

Note: You can have a great idea ( a life changing one ) but i bet you, the wrong steps can be taken if the right procedures aren’t followed.

A Dream That Has No Proper Planning/Strategy Cannot be Realised.

In our world today, we’ll discover that we have a very large population of people who actualy belie within themselves that they are being their own person and sincerely, theres absoultuely nothing wrong with feeling that feeling but is that feeling the truth ?? have we actualy sat down to ask ouselves if sincerely we are truly being ourselves or we are living the life of others.

Isiah: 49 makes us see and truly know that God created you just perfect enough for you and in his eyes and if you truly believe and work in accordance to his will and desire, you’ll begin to see thr manifestation of his promise in your life. We live in a world filled with various trends and i can say as a result of this, majority have lost a grip of themselves or thier lives purpose because they want to live the life of these people they feel they look up to. We are guilty of guilt tripping ourselves into believing because we arent living the life we see and admire so much, then God is being unfair. Majortiy aren’t even happy that they have the grace of life and everyday to do better towards fulfilling their purpose in life. We all have this sense of entitlement and it becomes very irritating when things dont tend to work out in our favor.

God is the creator of everyman and each and everyone of us is brougt into this world to fulfil a purpose but many can’t even take the time to discove themselves, improve on thmselves and bettering themselves in other to make Gods purpose a fulfilment in their lives. Many of us don’t even take the time to understand we probably have a better life comapred to those we desperately try to emulate but because we are carried away by what we see, we are gullible enough to just believe all is well. There’s time and purpose for everything ( this is a major phrase i personally attached to the tablet of my heart and im grateful for the grace ). What you go through presently has been put purposely before you to shape you and prepare you towards fulfiling your purpose and living the life you dream of. The reality of it all is you needing to sit down, talk to yourself, discover yourself and ask yourself who you truly are and what exactly your purpose for existence is. Stay connected with God ( i’m sincerely on this path and its beautiful ), stay in tune with your objective in life and remember for sure that God is the ultimate architect and he possesses the masterplan of everyones life. You need to get connected to God to be able to reach your peak.

God is never going to put a problem he knows fully well you cant overcome before you, he just needs you to put your trust in him and work truly and then watch him do the rest. Dont be carried away  by the luxury and beauty of this vain world. Many didnt acquire genuine wealth and their judgement lies with God. Stay true to yourself, make mistakes as you defintely need to make mistakes to be able to arrive at a right decision.

The Wide Road is too Occupied by people who have no direction but are defintely ready to pull you down. Take the Narrow road with less people and much space and room to make mistakes without being under any pressure and also enough room to realise your mistakes and make corrections. Believe in yourself, learn from people who are better to make the best out of you.

Nigeria a Failed State

Things are falling apart”. We are led by a visually impaired government and corruption is the pledge of this great Nation. The deeds of our so called heroes past are looming over and gradually destroying all about this Nation ( Nigeria ) as a whole.

I’ll be writing this article in 2 parts. The first part “Part 1” is a general summary on the present state of the Nations governance and policy while “Part 2” highlights the various problems the Nigerian people are faced with and the government is doing nothing or providing no policies to safeguard the welfare of its citizens. And I’ll be rounding it off with what I’ll call my personal opinion on how the government can run its affairs as well as ensure the welfare of the citizens are safeguarded.

Politics in Nigeria has been seen as a platform or an avenue to be rich. They have seen it as a way to amass material wealth and loot government funds ( citizens/taxpayers money ) and also a way to stay immune from the wrath of the law. Many have used their political seats to engage in various criminal and fraudulent acts but aren’t immune to the law all in the name of being our leaders. Nigerian politics is a game of do or die and it’s  been coming right from pre inference till after independence and it’s now become worse and sadly, the story isn’t changing anytime soon. why? We are not even ready for the change ourselves. growing up as a child, i was used to this then Bournvita advertisement that says in the end ” drink for future leaders of tomorrow” now the future leaders are grown and yet we still have our heroes past leading the future leaders into the future. how crazy does that sound? its no longer news that even some of the future leaders have sold out their future for a little change in exchange. how exactly can we move this nation forward the CORRUPTION and NEPOTISM is our watchword or let me say NATIONAL PLEDGE.

  • a country where the state of power is gradually derailing. we can’t have 24/7 power supply because Jubaili bros and Mikano will most likely be out of business.
  • a country where our government still prefers the use of foreign automobiles rather than investing so much in the locally made Innoson Motors so fast to reduce the level of importation of automobiles into the country and in return invest and promote the locally made brand.
  • a government that can conduct a proper census so as to ascertain how many we are as Nigerians lying in Nigeria.
  • a government that can’t have a database where by every single person born or coming in and out the country is monitored on a central system.
  • a government that approves N30,000 as minimum wage but are crying about minor deductions from their wages in Millions of Naira monthly.
  • a Government that still believe in ballot snatching and violence in a modern democratic era? is that a government ?
  • a country where the law enforcers are going totally against what they are to uphold and enforce?
  • a country where citizens have no acres to standard living and provisional healthcare and insurance? is that not a failed state?

if i am to continue, i promise you there are so m any things to touch. the real question here is this, from the little i have stated o here, can’t we all see we have a long way to go.

We are led by a visually impaired government and corruption is already become the National pledge of the nation. The deeds of our so called heroes past are looking over the nation and gradually destroying all about Nigeria.

Below are my thoughts on the state of common issues that are being ignored by the government and the need for this pressing issues to be fixed.

– welfare of citizens

– basic amenities

– good road/ transport system

– realistic paycheck for citizens

– proper housing system

– Conduction of proper census and provision of SSN for citizens so as to be able to access loans without hassle and the government can keep proper track of its citizens and their welfare.

The basic issues are meant to be addressed and attended to before we can think of tackling major issues.

I’ll be taking this post ” sub topic for subtopic ” but for this post I’ll be summarizing my thoughts before breaking them further in the next posts.

Nigeria will be in so much trouble and we wouldn’t be able to get ourselves out of if we don’t stand up for truth and justice. Our politicians and leaders have seen politics as an avenue to gain material wealth and loot government/ tax payers money all in the name of leadership. They totally forget the reason why they are elected to their various political offices and chase their personal selfish Desiree’s. When they need to get to a position , they bribe their way through the hearts of unsuspecting and ignorant Nigerians who are also greedy people. I do not blame them at all rather I will blame the government and it’s un-existing policy that gives these helpless citizens a benefit for casting their votes and putting these people in their positions but N4,000 pre election give away. They know the people are gullible and they always find a way to use them in their favor and hurt them when they attain their desired positions.

Achieving Success through Cultivation of positive habits

Having read many books that talk on success and also from my personal research on ways to achieving success and understating what achieving success entails, I came across a few things and out of the few I will love to share with you a particular one “HABITS”.

As basic as it might sound to you so it is important in achieving success. Many of us pay little or no attention to this fundamental and important step to success.

A habit is a trait that is exhibited by an individual subconsciously which develops over a period as a result of constant practice ( it can be a positive habit or a negative habit). This article will shed more light on the positive habits to be cultivated in achieving success. The road to success is not an easy road. In fact the road to success is another life lesson on its owns. You encounter a lot along the line but you have to be prepared, you have to have a direction, you can’t attain a position of success without being ready for the challenges that come with it. The habits you cultivate positively will create a solid foundation for you on through your success journey.

Positive habits that make Successful people

Listed below are habits cultivated by individuals who are successful and also can serve as a guiding step for you to achieve success. I’ll call this one: Steps to success.

Read them carefully as I have taken my time to summarize it to enable understandability amongst readers.

Be Proactive:

To be successful, you need to be proactive. It’s the the first step you need to create that change for yourself rather than complaining or reacting to changes. To be proactive means to get things (ACTION).

Cultivating this habit requires you to act in advance to a future situation rather than waiting on it to happen and then react.

To be successful, you have to be proactive. You have to take charge of your life . You need to be responsible for your life.

You need a MISSION/GOAL for your life.

Be aware and cautious of your dream

To be aware of your dream is to keep your dream in mind and by keeping your dream in mind, you are setting your goals and objectives. You are understanding them thoroughly and also you are defining it proper and clearly so as to enable you move in line with your dream.

No one will ever understand your dream. Conquer it anyway!!!

Set your priorities straight

In achieving success, you need to cultivate this particular habit. You need to learn to set your priorities right and straight. You need to be above distractions.

Everything in life has its timing and purpose and as an individual aiming for success, you must have your own timing for different purpose set.

I’ll share with you 4 basic steps to setting priorities right.

Be Precise

Identify your goals clearly, determine them accordingly to their level of importance

Make good use of time

In setting your priorities, be cautious of the importance of timing. You and time need to be best of friends because he’s the most valuable friend you need to have in achieving your goal. Avoid placing focus on goals that will run against time and eventually waste your time. Focus on the important one and work with time.

Rank in order of importance

Choose your friends wisely. In order of importance rank your desired goals from most important to least important. Measure them based on what your initial sense of fulfillment lies upon.

Start Now

Arise and start now! Starting is a very important step in achieving success. Once you have fulfilled the first 3 important steps, begin working on them. Avoid procrastination. Procrastination kills dreams. The more you procrastinate the more difficult it is to achieve success. Completing these steps and I tell you surely you are on the right path to success.

Think Win-Win

In achieving success, you must cultivate and develop a positive mindset towards your dream and your method in achieving.

Note: you can’t be successful if you are in doubt about your dream and also you cannot achieve your dream if you are in doubt on your method of achieving. Goals aren’t driven by skeptical minds as it yelled nothing but a futile result.

Be positive! Stay positive! Think positive! And you’ll see yourself winning.

Be a team player

There’s a particular saying that keeps me going and I’ll share with you. It goes this : “Move alone and you’ll see yourself moving fast but move with the right team and you’ll see yourself moving faster and farther”. No man is an island as we all need the right people who share the same vision as us to work together with. You have to cultivate the habit of teaming up with People with similar drive and objective as you. Team play is a very important part of success . You have to build the right team around you.

As a team player, you have to take the following into consideration and action:

• You must be responsible and reliable

• You must be an active listener

• You must respect and support the opinion of others

• You must show commitment towards achieving the dream. You have to be desecrated to the goal and your team as well

• You must be flexible. Two heads are better than one

Work together as a team and achieve together as a team.

Refresh your mind

Be renewed. Be willing to learn, be exposed and open to creative ideas that are in line with the dream. Be happy. It is a very essential habit of successful people.

Refresh your mind, delete all your problems, undo all your mistakes, and save the happy moments

Stay happy 🦅
